Maximum availability, even with limited resources
Better Performance
More Profit
We are convinced that, given limited natural and human resources, it is now more important than ever to optimise the use of existing production capacities in companies in order to remain competitive.
The right maintenance strategy and the proper implementation of systems are therefore particularly important.
Unfortunately, most optimisation projects in maintenance companies fail because project teams get lost in theoretical approaches with no practical relevance. Employees reject change, which brings projects to a standstill.
SolutiCon’s trainers and consultants, experienced maintenance and production managers, are passionate about the practical optimisation of processes. Our tried-and-tested methods help to optimise processes, increase the profitability of your company and secure jobs.
Our DIN 9001 certification is our commitment and statement to our customers. We operate according to the same principles by which we advise our clients.
We optimise the preparation of maintenance events so that potential sources of disruption are detected and eliminated before they occur.
The processes are strictly geared towards the overall optimisation of production operations across all areas.
The IT systems map the processes and ensure a smooth maintenance process and maximum productivity.
BBy applying LEAN methods to the monitoring of maintenance events, we effectively identify the actual bottlenecks in the operations.
Professionally and methodically trained personnel form the basis for the highest quality and efficiency of operations.
Shop floor management focussed on maintenance ensures transparency and control of all processes at all times.
Efficient processes alone do not ensure success; confident leadership is essential. In the midst of a shortage of skilled labour, the role of managers is essential in order to retain qualified specialists and ensure their willingness to perform.
With our many years of leadership experience, we have developed a special, hybrid training programme for managers to prepare them specifically for the challenges they face.
“The guarantee of stable availability and maximum reliability of production facilities – especially in times of a shortage of skilled labour – is the decisive competitive factor for manufacturing companies.
